UK Flat Rate Shipping 1st class £2.75

Europe: Air Mail Small International Packet Service NEW FLAT RATE CHARGE £5 on orders upto £30. Please contact me for a quote for orders over £30.

Worldwide: NEW FLAT RATE CHARGE OF £12 on orders unto £30. Please contact me for a quote for orders over £30.

Out of Stock Items & Back Orders

In the unlikely event that an item has become out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine whether you’d like to be sent the amount we have and be refunded the difference or to offer a suitable alternative.

We do not normally place orders on backorder unless asked to do so.

Tax Charges

VAT at the prevailing rate is included in all prices.

Credit Card Security

We do not store your credit/debit card details on our system or files. In fact we never see your credit/debit card details at all as all payments are processed securely by PayPal.

RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation & Returns Policy on Purchases

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us and receive a full refund. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. It must be returned in its original condition to our address. Please call us or email to arrange a return.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage or send using recorded delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective and therefore postage and packaging charges are not refundable. If we have to collect an item from you we were reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs) We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.
